On 30 November 2017, the extraordinary general meeting No. 1/2018 approved the issuance of transferable warrants, specifying holders name, to purchase ordinary shares (ALT-W1), allotted to the existing shareholders proportionally at a ratio of 4 existing shares per 1 unit of warrant; in the number not exceed 250,000,000 units of warrant. The exercise price is 3 Baht per share with the exercise ratio of 1 unit of warrant per 1 ordinary share. The term of warrants is 3 years from the issuance date; 19 December 2017.
