Penalty

            The Company has assigned the Executive Committee to have the authority to consider and take disciplinary actions against employees who commit an offense. or not complying with the regulations set by the company The Company has imposed 4 disciplinary penalties as follows:

  • Verbal admonition by recording it in writing
  • Admonition is a book
  • Suspension from work without pay
  • Termination of employment without compensation   

             In this regard, the said policy has passed the resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting No. 7/2015 and has been announced to employees of the Company for acknowledgment and implementation since July 16, 2015 onwards.
