The Company will pay dividend to shareholders not less than 40 percent of net profit after deduction of all reserves as specified in its individual financial statements. However, the dividend payment can be less than the specified rate depending on necessities in working capital, investment plan and other circumstances relating to the Company's operations specified by the Board of directors. However, the decision shall be done for the best benefit of shareholders.The resolution of the Board of directors on dividend payment must be must be submitted to shareholders' meeting for approval, in exception of interim dividend which can be approved by the Board of directors and then reported in the next shareholders' meeting.The Company's subsidiaries have a policy to pay dividend not less than 40 percent of net profit after deduction of all reserves as specified on individual financial statements, in consideration of cash flow, financial status, financial liquidity and investment plan of each subsidiaries in each respective period.
