ALT Group of Companies (the "Company") focuses on operating telecommunications service businesses, including leasing of telecommunications networks and fiber optic cables to connect equipment and communication systems for both public and private sector users, as well as telecommunications operators, both domestically and internationally. On June 12, 2025, Cambodia severed the fiber optic cable connection at the border in Sa Kaeo Province leading to Cambodia, resulting in the complete termination of the Company's fiber optic cable connection between Thailand and Cambodia from that date to the present. The Company has conducted regular and continuous monitoring to ensure that there are no further connections to Cambodia.
However, in December 2025, ALT Group of Companies was contacted by the NBTC requesting cooperation to suspend internet transmission and telecommunications services from Thailand to Cambodia, both directly and indirectly. The Company conducted thorough investigations and fully implemented all measures, including inquiries to all Concerned Operators. Upon receiving confirmation from Operators that they were providing services to customers in Cambodia, the Company suspended all such services in December 2025.
