Following an investigation, it was found that the ALT Group provides high-speed network services between Thailand and Singapore. The customer or the telecommunications service providers whose circuits have been connected to the Company's network must possess licenses that complied with the regulations set by the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC)
The Company wishes to clarify that the IP address found in the news is not the IP address of the ALT group. The Company has been cooperating fully with the Central Investigation Bureau and the NBTC to trace the perpetrators. Furthermore, the Company has disconnected cross-border services between Thailand and Cambodia since June 2025.
