Furthermore, IGC acts as a Neutral Service Provider for telecommunications networks, utilizing an Optical Fiber Network that runs along major transportation routes, such as the national railway lines, and connects to neighboring countries at 15 borders. It specifically emphasizes strategic routes aligning with the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Economic Corridors to create the GMS network.

This includes the shared use of the network with government agencies, such as the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT), to establish a highly stable international telecommunication network.

For the Submarine Cable Business, IGC is the owner of Cable Landing Stations (CLS), the first of which has been operational in Satun Province since 2565 [2022]. The Company plans to expand its investment to several other key strategic locations across the country, offering Open Access services. This enables the submarine cable network to be efficiently interconnected with the terrestrial network.
